Questions? Answers.

Why is my furnace blowing cold air?
It may be a dirty flame sensor, a failed igniter, a tripped limit switch or a clogged filter. Check the filter and thermostat setting first — if it continues, call us.
Is a heat pump a good choice in Los Angeles?
Yes. Southern California’s mild winters make heat pumps very efficient for both heating and cooling, and they can replace a separate furnace and AC.
How often should a furnace be serviced?
Once a year, ideally in the fall. Annual maintenance improves safety, efficiency and equipment life.
I smell gas — what should I do?
Leave the building immediately, avoid using switches or flames, and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. Once the area is safe, we can repair the appliance.
